Gail is an excellent realtor!!! I’ve had a few realtors in the past with varied levels of communication. Or they are very communicative until the home is under contract or something and then they are suddenly “busy”— Gail is the opposite. She’s so responsive. I’ve texted her questions at 10pm or on the weekend/vacation and she’s responded promptly 😂 I’ve also brought up so many concerns long after working with her, even when we were supposed to move elsewhere and there was no incentive for her to help us, and she does. Because that’s the kind of person she is. in addition, I feel comfortable asking her questions. The whole home buying and selling process is so stressful and we’ve done both with her. We’ve made her repeat herself sooo many times and she’s always so patient and works with us until we understand and feel comfortable.
